Mastercom has achieved international certification for quality assurance on the firm’s management systems (ISO9001) and compliance with international standards for WHS (Work, Health and Safety – ISO4801) and environmental management (ISO14001).
“The aim was to improve our internal processes and provide consistent information to staff and customers. It’s also about maintaining this high standard and enhancing our staff and business operations,” Managing Director Hamish Duff said.
Mastercom’s General Manager Mrs Dale Doyle worked closely with the professional team at ISO Certification Experts – Managing Director Erica Smith and Consultant Ivona Jurkovicova – to achieve business understanding and a smooth implementation.
