The Mastercom team would like to send a huge congratulations to our Installation Technician, Osei Adomako who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Western Sydney University.
For the past four years, Osei has juggled supporting his family and undertaking a fulltime degree – a massive achievement for anyone and a testament to the strong, hardworking character our team and clients have come to know over the past 16 months.
Osei credits his ability to fulfil his study goal thanks to the support of his wife, Emelia and his manager, Spiro.
“Mastercom have done so much for me. They understand and assist their workers in times of difficulties, they are so great to work with, from management to the apprentices – oh what a company! I really appreciate what they have done for me. God bless them all. I have learned a lot from them.”
Having moved from Africia and been in Australia for 26 years, everything seemed to align for Osei in January 2017 when he was not only able to progress from solar panel installing – which was becoming draining in the hot sun every day – to Mastercom, but also welcomed the light of his life, a baby girl named Geselle on January 26th – Australia Day!
Osei’s love of calculation led him down – and keeps him on! – the engineering path, having already completed an Associates Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate lll in Electrical Wiring.
Osei hopes to complete a Masters Degree in the near future. But for now, he’ll enjoy spending quality time with his beautiful wife, son and daughters, and continuing to work hard with our team.
Congratulations again Osei! You are a champion.
